I was shocked to see there is even a Crossfitters video where they are high-fiving each other for peeing when lifting heavy weights. In case it’s not clear to you, this is NOT normal in any circumstance! It’s your body telling you something is not right! And to make it worse, most people struggling with incontinence (loss of bladder control) are either given surgery for an option or Kegels (pelvic floor contractions), which can actually make the situation worse.
